Mullet Creek

Mullet Creek receiving office 15 km east of Rosedale. Previously known as Littabella Creek receiving office which had opened in 1884 before closing in 1889 and reopening in July 1892. It was renamed Mullet Creek in 1896 and moved to the railway station in 1901 before being elevated to a post office in 1925. Receiving office keeper in 1895 was James Wilson, a storekeeper; 1894 Mrs McLennen; 1898 Mrs Bugden
